  “على مدى الأسبوعين الماضيين استمر التعتيم على عدد هائل من الأسئلة المحورية فيما يتعلق بالقرض الذى تسعى حكومة الرئيس مرسى للحصول عليه من صندوق النقد الدولى. مازلنا لا نعلم لماذا تم رفع القيمة المطلوبة بـ١٠ مليارات جنيه كاملة. ومازال البرنامج الاقتصادى الذى سيطرح على مفاوضى الصندوق مجهولا. واكتفى مجلس الوزراء بإصدار بيان يؤكد فيه أنه «لن يضار مصرى منه» دون أن يقول لنا فيم سنستخدمه وكيف سنرده. لكن أنصار القرض قدموا لنا حزمة من الأسباب لتبرير فوائده أو ضرورته التى تبيح المحظور من أضراره. وهى أسباب مردود عليها.”
